Melt & Pour Fudge Soap

Here's what you need:
Mold Market Basic Rectangle Soap Mold
Liquid Gel Colorants: Brown oxide, red oxide, yellow oxide, and orange oxide. We also made a batch using gold sparkle liquid gel.

1) Assemble your supplies.

2) Cube clear soap. Melt in microwave in short bursts. Add soap color and fragrance. Pour into mold cavities.

3) Spritz poured soap with rubbing alcohol to remove any surface aire bubbles. We poured our mold cavities 3/4 inches full so that it will closer resemble the depth of fudge.

4) To create swirl on soap surface: Place a few dollops of yellow, red and orange oxide colors in a plastic dish. Using the end of a wooden skewer gently swil into the top surface of poured soap. You will need to let soap soap surface set for a minute before beginning the swirling process. Don't let soap surface set up for too long or you won't be able to create the swirl effect.

5) Once soap sets-up, remove from mold. Slice off ends and sides of soap to create a nice, even square.

6) Slice into bite-size fudge chunks and place into the fudge box.

Get creative! Here we used gold sparkle colorant to create peanut butter fudge soap chunks.
